These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Steadmoor educational sessions and your use of any associated organisational materials. Steadmoor is operated by Steadmoor, located at 27 Beach Road, Pattaya, Chonburi 20150, Thailand. By registering or attending, you confirm you have read and understood these terms.

Definitions

Throughout this document, the following terms carry specific meanings:

  • "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
  • "We / Us / Our" refers to Steadmoor and those acting on its behalf.
  • "Participant / You" refers to any individual who registers for, attends, or otherwise accesses a Steadmoor session or material.
  • "Service" refers to any workshop, toolkit, membership, or organisational resource offered by Steadmoor.
  • "Content" refers to all text, documents, templates, recordings, and supporting materials produced or distributed by Steadmoor.
  • "Session" refers to a scheduled group meeting, workshop, or live discussion provided under any Service.
  • "Materials" refers to printed or digital resources provided to participants as part of a Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a registration enquiry, completing a booking, making a payment, or attending any Steadmoor session, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
  • You are acting on your own behalf or have been expressly authorised to act on behalf of another person.
  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not register for or attend any Steadmoor Service.

Service Description

Steadmoor offers general education and document-organisation services to individuals with an interest in understanding pension-related paperwork and official correspondence. Current Services include:

  • Reading the Letters Workshop (฿3,700) — A practical group session focused on reading and understanding the structure of official notices and statements.
  • Household Paperwork Organiser (฿12,000) — A toolkit and guided setup for organising household documents.
  • Learning Together Membership (฿29,000/year) — Ongoing access to general explainer content, community discussions, and live sessions.

All Services are educational and organisational in nature. Nothing provided constitutes individual financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Availability of sessions and materials is subject to scheduling and capacity.

Participant Accounts

Where access to recordings or a member library is provided, you may be issued a login or reference code. In such cases:

  • You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.
  • You must not share your access with third parties.
  • You should notify us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.
  • We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect misuse or a breach of these terms.

Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Use all Services and Materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Treat other participants and facilitators with respect during all group sessions.
  • Refrain from recording any session without our prior written consent.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Materials provided.
  • Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration.
  • Not use any Service in a manner that could harm, disrupt, or bring into disrepute Steadmoor or other participants.

Intellectual Property

All Content, templates, session recordings, written materials, and organisational frameworks created by Steadmoor remain our intellectual property. By attending a session or receiving Materials, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use those Materials for your own private household purposes.

You may not copy, adapt, publish, or redistribute any Material in whole or in part without our prior written permission. This restriction applies regardless of format — printed, digital, or communicated verbally.

Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to or at the commencement of the relevant Service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted methods: Bank transfer, cash, and any other method confirmed at registration.
  • Cancellation by participant: Written notice given at least 7 days before a session may qualify for a transfer to a future date. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Steadmoor: If we cancel a session, a full transfer of payment to a rescheduled session will be arranged. A refund may also be provided on written request.
  • Membership: Annual membership fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days of the membership period.

Session-Specific Terms

Workshops (Reading the Letters): Places are limited per session. Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received. Annotated example documents are provided for educational use only and do not represent the participant's personal circumstances.

Paperwork Organiser: The guided setup session is completed in a single sitting. Templates provided are general-purpose and participants are responsible for adapting and maintaining them to suit their own household.

Learning Together Membership: Access to recordings and the member library is available for the duration of the active membership year. Membership does not renew automatically unless confirmed in writing. Live sessions are offered on a scheduled basis and past recordings may be made available at our discretion.

Disclaimers

All Services are provided for general educational and organisational purposes only. Steadmoor expressly disclaims any suggestion that attending a session or using any Material will produce a particular outcome for any individual.

  • Nothing in any session, Material, or communication from Steadmoor constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or any other regulated professional advice.
  • Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to their personal circumstances.
  • Session content reflects general information available at the time of delivery and may not reflect subsequent changes in legislation, pension rules, or official guidance.
  • Services are provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Steadmoor's total liability to any participant for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Service shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the relevant Service.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.
  • Decisions made by a participant following attendance at a session or use of Materials.
  • Loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, infrastructure failures, or public health measures.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steadmoor, its facilitators, and any associated personnel from and against any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of any Service, or any act or omission by you that causes harm to another participant.

Termination

We may suspend or end a participant's access to any Service, with or without notice, if:

  • We reasonably believe you have breached any part of these terms.
  • Your conduct during sessions is disruptive or harmful to others.
  • Continued access presents a risk to other participants or to the integrity of the Service.

On termination, the sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall continue to apply.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a disagreement, we encourage participants to contact us directly in the first instance so that we may seek an informal resolution.

If no informal resolution is reached within 30 days, any dispute shall be referred to the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Steadmoor in respect of any Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
  • No Waiver: Failure by Steadmoor to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in future.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms to any third party without our prior written consent.
  • Notices: Formal notices to Steadmoor should be sent to the address or email listed in Section 16.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or to comply with applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to inform existing members. Continued use of any Service after the updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
